1. **Services Provided**  
The Photographer will deliver photography services on the set date(s) and time(s) at the agreed-upon location(s).
2. **Payment Terms**  
A deposit of [$20 or 25% of the total price (whichever is greater)] is required to lock in your reservation, with a minimum of a week in advance of set date(s). The remaining balance is due upon end of the photoshoot/event. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.
3. **Image Delivery**  
The Photographer will deliver the preset number of edited images to the Client within the minimum number of days after the session. Additional requests for images or edits may incur additional fees.
4. **Usage Rights**  
The Client may use the images for personal purposes only. For commercial or public use, prior written consent from the Photographer is required, and additional fees may apply. The Photographer retains the right to use the images for any purpose, including portfolio, marketing, and promotional materials.
5. **Travel Expenses**  
For trips exceeding 50 miles, for every mile thereon a fee of $1 per mile will be charged. If the scheduled time requires travel after 12:30am, the Client will be responsible for covering lodging costs for the Photographer.
7. **Promotions Policy**
Promotions are subject to change at any time. Proof of eligibility is required for referral promotions. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Discounts apply only to new bookings and are not retroactive. The Photographer reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice.
6. **Cancellation Policy**  
Either party may cancel the reservation with atleast seventy-two hours' notice. If the Client cancels after this notice period, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Photographer cancels, all payments will be refunded except in cases of unforeseen events beyond control.
